Migraines, Headaches, Sinuses, Neck and Shoulder tension all can have you feeling like you’re upside down! Our Stress Relief Treatment will focus on making you feel balanced again. Trigger points around the neck, head and face will open your airways, and promote pressure relief. Our peppermint blend of essential oils are proven to relieve tension and pressure while encouraging clear breathing. This blend will have a gradual cooling experience to aid in the relief. Deep tissue is applied to the upper back, hot stones are placed on trigger points, and reflexology is performed to the hands and feet. Reflexology

 

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Reflexology is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all glands, organs, parts and systems of the body. The physical act of applying pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques to these reflex areas results in the reduction of stress which promotes physiological changes in the body.
